What to put in the email
- The shape and size you need: external and internal dimensions, sheet thickness, quantity
- Fabrication: laser cutting, bending, bonding, printing
- Use (display, storage, fixtures) and environment: indoor or outdoor, temperature, load
- Material: clear, frosted or tinted sheet, and any standard such as ROHS
- Extras such as logo printing or packing specification
- Quantity and timing: start with samples, or place a bulk order
What you get back
- Whether we can make it, and a guide quote (unit price, tooling, lead time)
- If a spec cannot be met, the reason and an alternative
- Drawings and a shape-check sample where needed
- A pre-production prototype when required
