Do the dividers stay put?
Dividers press into grooves cut in the base and stay unless the tray is lifted and tipped. We ship them stacked for you to slot in place, which also keeps transit damage minimal.
Definition
An organizer tray is a shallow tray whose cells come from removable dividers stood on one base, so reconfiguring the cells changes what sits where — unlike a box with fixed partitions.
A display tray earns its place by lining the same item up in a grid. The AC-TC9 keeps that grid but lets the dividers come out, so it is not locked to 3×3.
Why removable dividers matter
When the item count or size changes, a fixed-partition box means buying again. The AC-TC9 reconfigures to 3×3, 2×4 or a single perimeter row just by moving dividers, so the same tray survives every planogram change.
Why 2 mm sheet
A tray is not stacked and carries light load, so sheet choice favours visual lightness over rigidity. 2 mm keeps the clarity while cutting self-weight, so a shelf can hold many trays without sagging.
